5 gallons of water
1 lb of Carapils steeping grains
6.6 lb of Golden Light LME
1 lb of Light DME
1oz of Palisade Hops
2oz of Cascade Hops
Safale US-05 dry ale yeast

Steep grains at 160F for 20min
Boil time = 60min total
LME, DME, and 1oz Palisade for 60min
1oz Cascade for 20min
1oz Cascade for 2min
